Usage: The Drill Collar is used between the drill pipe and the bit in the drill stem. It is used to put weight on the bit so that the bit can drill.

We can manufacture different kinds of drilling bits (4"-121/4'' in sizes) for different purposes, ranging from PDC bit, triangle polycrystalline diamond drilling bit, cylindrical PDC bit, coring bit, cast bit, PDC deflecting bit, double faces bit and so on. Meanwhile, we also would like to design and manufacture different types of drilling bits according to the special requirements of customers.

Description:

Highly reliable bits suitable for straight hole and directional well drilling applications. In addition to its excellent bearing system, our bits also have finely designed and selected cutting structures, carbide insert materials and hardfacing materials for steel tooth bits, so that the Bit size code: OD size & ID size to drill various complex formations is largely improved and this sufficiently reflected the constant charm of the standard product.

Diamond bits

  1. Optimally designed bit profile for drilling soft to medium hard formations.
  2. Cutting structure is force balanced, bit blade is asymmetrically designed, and spiral blade and spiral gage are also designed so that the load on bit is balanced that resulting better stability of the bit.
  3. Multiple types of high performance PDC cutters are strategically arranged on the bit for improved service life of the bit.
  4. Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using CFD technology to enhance cleaning and cooling effects of the bit as well as the ability to effectively prevent bit from balling.
  5. Erosion on bit surface is effectively prevented by utilizing hardfacing material of highly erosion resistant and applying advanced base metal enhancement technology.
  6. Ports on bit are also optimally designed to prevent erosion of water courses inside the bit.
  7. Up-reaming features are also designed to make the bit more suitable for various drilling processes.

  7. Additional specifications: generally includes the material grand and other additional explanations
