Description:
Rotary Reamer (Stabilizer with Rollers)/ Tricorn Reamer
The Rotary Reamer is designed for various reams in drilling operation. Especially it can perform the double functions of centralization and ream when drilling in very abrasive formations. This is a versatile tool which can be suitable for different hole sizes ranging between 4-5/8＂and 26＂by proper selection of rollers and simple adjustment of blocks. In addition, it can be extended the service life by replacing with the new ones when the rollers are worn and become smaller.
The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285～341 Brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength. Connections are phosphatized, coated thread dope and equipped with thread protectors, and are gauged to API standard.
