Product features
The valve moves steadily and securely, adopts reposition sealing, and then has a good pressure bearing capacity. The core is made from materials with good drillability. When running casing, mud can be filled into it at the same time to lower its buoyancy, as a result the surge pressure decreases, and the running time is saved. After the circulation of mud, the valve of float collar or shoe acts as an inverted valve, that is the mud can only circulate in forward direction.
Main application
Guiding casing running smoothly, and adjusting the buoyancy of casing. When cementing well, the rubber seat plug prevents cement from flowing backwards, and regulates the cement height within casing.
