At present, the R&D department owns many professional technicians of great talent who graduated from famous universities and professional colleges in China. They are engaged in product design, manufacturing process, quality management and economic management.
The R&D department and technicians in Welong Plant keep in close contact with related research institutes and learned societies at home and abroad.
